We're thrilled you're interested in having your child join our scout group! We currently have a waitlist for new members. Please complete the form below to add your child to the list. Our main intake for new scouts usually happens around the start of October each year.
Youth Membership is open to everyone. irrespective of race, creed,colour or gender. Adult Membership is open to everyone. irrespective of race, creed,colour or gender but additionally is subject to vetting and training requirements. We understand that you may have other family members and friends that would like to become part of our group. We operate a waiting list and the policy is as follows:
Applications should be made via the Spond (form below) which includes name , Date of Birth , and contact details. If you have a connection to 5th Port or are happy to volunteer please note that on your application.
Applications are held in order of the date on which the application.was received.
Preference is given to
Leaders children, grandchilden
Siblings of current members
Children of past members
Sections may also take names off the list out of order to allow for gender / age balance within the section.
