Managing Medications

Where relevant a parent/guardian should complete a Managing Medications form (copy available below) if their child requires medication to be dispensed during an activity or if they have a medical condition that leaders need to be aware of . Cubs and Beavers in particular should not keep any medication to self medicate. Scouts and ventures may by agreement with the leaders as appropriate to their age and circumstance .

It is essential that these forms are completed with as much accuracy as possible and returned to the appointed section Leader when requested. This ensures the ongoing welfare and safety of your child.
